1. General By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province or territory of residence, or that you have obtained parental consent to use this site. Redline Legacy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.

2. Products & Pricing We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice and are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery Redline Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Redline Legacy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Redline Legacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
