1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada:
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-5 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
United States:
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages Redline Legacy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are also not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at redlinelgcy@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review each case individually.
